Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon approval of your return, you will be responsible for the return expenses. Include a note inside the package with the order number and the reason for the return. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

What if my item is defective?                                                                                                                           

If an item arrives to you defective, please accept our sincere apology, notify us within 7 days of receiving your package for a replacement and we will happily send you a complimentary return label. 

Nyte Nyte Baby guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. If your item becomes defective within 3 months, we will gladly replace the item with the same item or a similar item if that item is sold out. You must email a picture of the defect, the inside size label and your order receipt to nytenytebaby1@gmail.com.

Sometimes we might ask you to send back your defective product for inspection. Please note that inspection does not guarantee a replacement or refund. Shipping cost for the defective item is subject to inspection. If the item is a care issue and not a quality issue the shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer.

For replacement items shipped to Canada, customers will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $15.

For replacement items shipped internationally (outside US and Canada), customers will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $25.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items, gift cards and Personalized items. All personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes items with custom names, monograms, or other personalization. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

 

Exchanges
For exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the shipping expenses. When sending the item back to us include a note inside the package with the order number and the product you would like in exchange. Once we receive the item, Nyte Nyte will handle the shipping expenses for sending the exchanged item back to you. Please ensure that the exchanged item is in its original condition, unworn, and follow our return process for a smooth exchange.

*If you have purchased item(s) during a sale and wish to exchange them (it has to be same value as the purchased item or less), a shipping and handling fee of $5.95 will apply per item to process the exchange.

*Items received free of charge as part of a promotion are not eligible for exchange.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
